Alcoa invests USD51 million to increase Mosjøen, Norway smelter capacity by 14,000 TPY

The investment will allow the company to increase production of low-emission aluminum ingots at the Norway site from 2026

American aluminium company Alcoa announced via press release on 15 June a USD51 million project to increase the production capacity at its Mosjøen smelter in Norway by 14,000 metric tons per year (TPY).
