General Motors to close Ontario cold-weather testing site in Canada
This closure follows a similar move by Stellantis to shut down its 4,000-acre Arizona Proving Grounds in the US by the end of 2024
General Motors (GM) has decided to close its cold-weather testing facility in Kapuskasing, Ontario, a significant site that has contributed to the automaker's cold-weather testing in North America for over half a century, The Detroit News reported Oct. 22.
