GlobalFoundries (GF) announced the acquisition of Tagore Technology's Power Gallium Nitride (GaN) IP portfolio, as reported in a press release July 1. This acquisition marks a significant expansion of GF's power management solutions, especially in high-power density applications critical to the automotive and other sectors.
