CG Power, Renesas and Stars Microelectronics partner to establish semiconductor assembly and test facility in India
The JV, majority-owned by CG, plans to invest 76 billion rupees over five years, with funding sourced from subsidies, equity and potential bank borrowings
According to a report published by Autocar Professional on March 1, CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd. (CG), Renesas Electronics and Stars Microelectronics have announced a partnership to establish an Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facility in India.
