CATL is closely evaluating two cities in Mexico namely Ciudad Juarez of Chihuahua and Saltillo of Coahuila for its planned EV battery plant
China’s largest EV battery manufacturer Contemporary Amperex Technology Company Ltd (CATL) is evaluating two locations in Mexico for setting up its battery production plant for its customers in North America, primarily Tesla and Ford Motor Company, a news report published by China Daily on 19 July 2022 said.
