Zoox unveils fully autonomous vehicle for robo-taxi service
The autonomous vehicle can drive forward, backward, and side-by-side or bi-directionally
Zoox, the autonomous vehicle startup acquired by Amazon in June this year, has unveiled its fully autonomous electric vehicle (EV) designed from ground for robotaxi service, the company said in a press release on 14 December. The carriage-style vehicle, measuring 3.63-meter long, can seat up to four people.
