Spirent introduces ‘Automotive ComTT’ platform for validating Multibus technologies for in-vehicle networks
Company claims Automotive ComTT is the first platform to combine traditional and Ethernet networking testing methodologies in one device supporting multiple test systems
Spirent Communications has launched ‘Spirent Automotive ComTT’, a universal test platform for validation of Multibus technologies for in-vehicle networks, the company said in a press release on 13 February. According to the company, its new platform combines different physical layer technologies on the hardware side with advanced software tools for full simulation and emulation of in-vehicle network communication. This allows users to platform multiple tests methodologies like switch/network performance testing, protocol conforming testing, functional application testing and data logging and analysis.
