Chinese supplier CAIP and Leapmotor agree to establish JV for automotive interior and exterior systems
The two companies have been collaborating on various interior projects for Leapmotor's models since 2020
Jiangsu Changshu Automotive Trim Group (CAIP) and new-energy vehicle (NEV) startup Leapmotor have agreed to establish a joint venture to develop, produce and sell automotive interior and exterior systems, including dashboards, door panels, pillars and modular parts.
