Autoneum acquires majority stake in mainland China-based supplier Jiangsu Huanyu Group
The acquisition is expected to significantly expand Autoneum’s presence in Asia and broaden its customer base
Autoneum has signed an agreement to acquire a 70% stake in Jiangsu Huanyu Group, a major supplier of automotive acoustic and thermal management solutions in mainland China.
