STMicroelectronics unveils automotive-grade MDmesh DM9 super-junction MOSFETs
The STH60N099DM9-2AG device is now available with the expanded family of devices
STMicroelectronics has launched a new series of automotive-grade 600-V/650-V super-junction metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs), MDmesh DM9 AG series, which offer efficiency and ruggedness for onboard chargers (OBCs) and DC/DC converter applications in both hard- and soft-switching topologies, according to a press release on March 11.
