Navitas Semiconductor unveils third-generation automotive SiC MOSFETs
The new portfolio is aimed at enhancing EV applications with improved performance, efficiency and a longer lifespan
As reported in a press release on Sept. 4, Navitas Semiconductor has announced the launch of its third-generation, automotive-qualified silicon carbide (SiC) metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs), utilizing next-generation GaNFast gallium nitride and GeneSiC SiC power semiconductors.
