China Yuchai divests Yuchai Remanufacturing Services unit
The consideration is about $25.4 million
China Yuchai International has announced that its main operating subsidiary in China, Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co. Ltd. (GYMCL), has entered into an agreement with Beijing Liandong Jinyuan Management Technology Co., according to a company press release dated Dec. 31, 2023.
