Lextar supplies first high-volume AEC-Q102 qualified VCSELs to OEMs
Lextar’s VCSEL attained AEC-Q102 compliance and begins supplying to EU and US OEMs
Lextar Electronics, a subsidiary of Ennostar Group begins volume supply of PV88Q vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) to expand Time-of-Flight (ToF) 3D applications, the company announced in a press release on 20 January.
