Gotion High-Tech to supply unified cells, scale up production for Volkswagen
Gotion High-Tech to support VW in industrializing battery cells at the carmaker’s Salzgitter unit in Germany
Chinese battery maker Gotion High-Tech and Volkswagen Group have signed a strategic agreement wherein the two companies will work together to mass produce the planned battery cells at Volkswagen Group Components’ Salzgitter (Germany) based facility, Gotion said in a media announcement on 13 July.
