EV battery maker Gotion High-Tech raises its 2025 cell production target to 300 GWh
With annual battery production capacity of 28GWh as of end-2020, Gotion High-Tech plans to expand capacity with more factories globally
Chinese electric vehicle (EV) battery maker Gotion High-Tech has significantly raised its target for battery cell production for 2025 to 300 GWh from 100GWh, Chinese news website Gasgoo reported on 17 September. According to the news publication, the new 2025 target set by Gotion was revealed by a senior executive at a recent industry seminar.
