Acoustics and Soft Trim business represented sales of EUR385 million in 2019 with around 1,820 employees

Faurecia has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for sale of its Acoustics and Soft Trim (AST) division to the Adler Pelzer Group (APG), a manufacturer of automotive acoustic and thermal components and systems, the two companies said in separate press releases on 18 February.
