ACQUISITION: Trèves Group acquires automotive acoustics companies ROI Technologies and CTA Acoustics
Financial details of the deals were undisclosed
Trèves Group has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in ROI Technologies, and along with partner Kotobukiya Fronte, the acquisition of CTA Acoustics, it said in a company press release on 4 April.
