Aisin Group to invest 85% in the new JV, 15% investment to come from Anhui Ring New Group
Aisin Seiki has set up a new joint venture (JV) with Anhui Ring New Group in China to manufacture aluminum die-cast parts including transmission cases for automatic transmissions, the company announced in a press release on 17 April.
