Nuance opens mobility user experience lab in Germany
New lab will focus on new user experience technologies based on things such as facial and voice recognition, emotion analysis, gaze detection, gesture-based interactions and augmented reality
Nuance Communications has opened its first European mobility user experience (UX) lab in Germany, the US-based company said in a press release last week. The lab called Design, Research, Innovation and Vehicle Experience (DRIVE) Lab, is based at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) in Saarbrücken, the capital city of the German state of Saarland. The new lab will focus on new user experience technologies based on things such as facial and voice recognition, emotion analysis, gaze detection, gesture-based interactions and augmented reality.
