Germany paves the way for adoption of autonomous vehicles
New law on autonomous driving creates the legal framework for autonomous vehicles (Level 4) to drive on public roads in specific operating areas
On 28 May, German legislators passed legislation allowing some self-driving vehicles to operate on public roads as early as 2022.
