JV to help Varroc Lighting address growing electronic content in lighting products
Varroc Lighting Systems, a company owned by India’s Varroc Group, has entered a joint-venture (JV) agreement with Romania-based ELBA to expand its electronics capability, the company said in a press release. The JV, to be based in Timisoara, Romania, will focus on electronic manufacturing to address growing electronic content in lighting products.
