Varroc acquires partner’s stake in Romanian JV Varroc-Elba
Deal is valued at USD1.2 million
VarrocCorp Holding B.V. (VCHBV), wholly-owned subsidiary of Varroc, has acquired the balance 30% stake in Romanian joint venture (JV) Varroc-Elba Electronics S.R.L held by the other JV Partner, ELBA SA, according to a filing by Varroc with BSE on 9 December
