Subaru gets California DMV approval to test self-driving technology on state roads
Japanese automaker working on developing semi-automated vehicles by 2020
Subaru is the latest to join the list of automakers, suppliers and technology companies that have received permission from California’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to test self-driving cars on the state’s roads, reports TechCrunch citing DMV’s website as source. Including Subaru, the California DMV has so far given permission to 20 companies to test their self-driving vehicles on the roads.
