Nissan’s LFP battery development receives government certification in Japan
Nissan aims to install the locally produced LFP batteries in its mini EVs from 2028
Nissan Motor Co. announced Sept. 6 that its plan entailing the development and mass production of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries has been certified in Japan by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
