Volkswagen partners Revoltech to develop sustainable materials from industrial hemp
The hemp fibers and a fully bio-based adhesive are combined using a special technology and processed to become a surface material
Volkswagen has entered into a cooperation with the German startup Revoltech GmbH from Darmstadt, Germany, to jointly focus on the research and development of sustainable materials that are based on industrial hemp, Volkswagen announced Aug. 30.
