Allego launches connection fee for overstayed AC charge sessions in the Netherlands
Allego’s move has comes after several complaints were made that EV chargers remained occupied well past the needed charge time
Electric-vehicle charging network operator Allego announced Feb. 13 that starting March 1, it will charge a connection fee of €0.25 (including VAT) on AC chargers across its open charging network in the Netherlands to tackle overstayed charge sessions.
