STMicroelectronics releases new Silicon Carbide power modules for automotive applications
The new power module family offers efficient and reliable performance with advanced SiC technology and cost-effective Acepack design
STMicroelectronics has released the Acepack 1DMT-32 family of Silicon Carbide (SiC) power modules in a compact 32-pin molded, through-hole package for automotive applications, it said in a press release dated October 24.
