The first proof of concept is planned for the end of 2023, which will feature a 6-in-1 system with a DC-DC converter, OBC and PDU along with a motor, inverter and gearbox
Nidec Corp. and Renesas Electronics Corp. on June 5 announced a partnership to develop semiconductor solutions for a next-generation E-Axle (X-in-1 system) that integrates electric vehicle drive motor and power electronics for EVs.
