The maker of all-electric F-150 Lightning pick-up trucks Ford Motor Company has announced that it plans to invest USD3.7 billion on its manufacturing facilities located in Michigan, Ohio and Missouri in the US as part of its strategy to increase production capacity for electric vehicles (EVs) and develop new cars while creating new jobs, it said on 2 June 2022.
