SiC is increasingly becoming the primary power technology for EVs

STMicroelectronics, a semiconductor company has announced that it is supplying silicon carbide (SiC) technology for the eMPack electric-vehicle (EV) power modules from Semikron, a power modules and systems manufacturer, according to a press release on 10 May 2022.
