Semikron Danfoss partners with Dana to supply SiC semiconductors
The semiconductors will be used in Dana's SiC inverter designs
Dana Incorporated has announced that it has signed a long-term agreement with Semikron Danfoss to secure the supply of silicon carbide (SiC) semiconductors, which are designed to be scalable in multiple-chip formats, according to a press release by Dana on 7 December 2022.
