Semikron, Danfoss complete merger to form Semikron-Danfossmerge
Semikron Danfoss will retain the two main locations in Germany, Nuremberg, and Flensburg
According to a press release on 22 August 2022, Semikron and Danfoss Silicon Power have completed the merger to form Semikron-Danfossmerge, the majority owned by Danfoss.
