Hitachi Astemo supplies AD ECU and OTA unit to the new Level 3-capable Honda Legend
OTA updates of the AD ECU’s vehicle control software is achieved via the OTA Center provided by the Hitachi Group
The new Honda Legend, which has Level 3 autonomous capability, will use Hitachi's Autonomous Driving Electronic Control Unit and over-the-air (OTA) software update solutions as per company website dated 26 April.
