Toshiba agrees to sell Toshiba Materials to Niterra
The two companies signed a share transfer agreement with the aim to complete the transfer by May 30, 2025
Toshiba Corp. has announced its plan to sell its wholly owned subsidiary Toshiba Materials to Niterra, a Japan-based supplier of ceramic products.
