California surpasses installation of 150,000 EV chargers across the state

In addition to the public network, California estimates that more than 500,000 private home chargers are installed statewide

California Gov. Gavin Newsom announced Aug. 28 that the state has surpassed 150,000 public and shared private chargers. According to a press note released by the California Energy Commission, total electric-vehicle charger installations in the state includes 137,648 Level 2 chargers and 14,708 fast chargers.
