California awards $32 million in federal funding to deploy over 450 EV chargers
The funding is part of the $5 billion NEVI Formula Program
The California Energy Commission (CEC) and the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) announced Sept. 11 that they are awarding over $32 million in federal funds to install, operate and maintain 458 DC fast chargers (DCFC) along interstates and highways across the state.
