Volvo Cars and Ecarx established HaleyTek in 2021
Volvo Cars has announced its decision to acquire full ownership of HaleyTek, a joint venture company with Ecarx that specializes in developing Android-powered infotainment systems, the carmaker said in a press release on Aug. 1.
