BMW becomes the first automotive manufacturer to receive a CCC Digital Key certificate, enhancing vehicle access security and interoperability

The BMW Group has become the first automaker to receive the CCC Digital Key certificate from the Car Connectivity Consortium (CCC) for its digital vehicle access, the Germany-based company said in a press release on July 16.
