The Black Duck Supply Chain edition offers comprehensive software security solutions
Synopsys has launched a new offering called Black Duck Supply Chain Edition, which provides comprehensive software supply chain security. The new offering combines multiple open source detection technologies, automated third-party software bill of materials (SBOM) analysis, and malware detection to provide a comprehensive view of software risks inherited from open source, third-party, and AI-generated code. The Supply Chain Edition helps development and security teams track their dependencies across the entire application life cycle to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities, malicious packages, and license violations and conflicts.
