The People’s Government of Sichuan Province and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Ltd. (CATL), the world’s largest battery manufacturer, have signed an agreement on comprehensively deepening their strategic cooperation in Chengdu, China, CATL announced Feb. 5.
