KPIT to acquire 13% stake in N-Dream for €3 million
N-Dream is in the in-vehicle gaming space offering a cloud-based game aggregation platform including data to automotive OEMs
KPIT, in a press release on Nov. 9, announced that its board of directors approved the initial strategic acquisition of 13% shareholding in N-Dream AG (N-Dream), a cloud-based game aggregation platform company with an option to increase the shareholding further.
