The project, Giga America, will be built in multiple phases beginning with an initial production capacity of 34GWh and investment of USD1.7 billion
Norwegian battery maker FREYR Battery has selected and purchased a site in Coweta County, Georgia, US to set up its planned gigafactory, Giga America, the company said on 11 November 2022.
