Geely’s plan is aligned with its larger strategy to accelerate its transition to EVs amid weakening demand for petrol-driven cars

Geely Automobile Holdings Ltd, one of the leading carmakers from China, aims to raise the proportion of EVs in its overall vehicle sales to 50% as early as 2023, according to a news report published by Reuters on 18 August 2022.
