VW and Porsche recall 2020–21 models due to brake booster issue

According to the recall reports, the issue involves the input rods of the Bosch brake boosters coming loose.

According to NHTSA Safety Recall Reports 21V-695 and 21V-697 submitted on 8 September, automakers Volkswagen Group of America and Porsche Cars North America Inc are recalling certain model year 2020–21 vehicle models to address a Bosch electric brake booster manufacturing issue that increases the risk of a crash.
