Minda to acquire 51% stake in Uzbekistan-based headlights supplier UzChasys
The cost of acquisition is about INR581.3 million
Minda Industries will, through its wholly owned unit, acquire 51% stake JV UzChasys, from its existing shareholder UzautoComponents LLC, Business Standard reported on 22 June.
