Grammer in talks to form JV with Chinese supplier Changchun FAWSN Group
JV will supply automotive interior components to Chinese automaker FAW Group
Grammer is in advanced stage of negotiations with Changchun FAWSN Group to establish a joint venture (JV) to produce automotive interior components for the Chinese market, the Germany-based company said in a press release on 24 October.
