Grammer signs agreement with FAWSN Group to produce automotive interior components in China
JV will mainly supply to FAW Group
Grammer has signed an agreement with China-based Changchun FAWSN Group, an affiliated company of the Chinese automaker FAW Group, to establish a joint venture (JV) for manufacturing automotive interior components, the Germany-based automotive supplier said in a press release today. Grammer will have 50% stake in the JV, called Grammer FAWSN Vehicle Parts Co., while the remaining 50% will be with the Chinese partner.
