The pall of uncertainty over Grammer’s ownership structure, due to the rising influence of the Hastor family on the company’s administration and management, has cleared now with China-based Ningbo Jifeng Auto Parts grabbing a majority shareholding in the Germany-based vehicle interior parts supplier.
