Clarion selects Magellan’s navigation system for Subaru Starlink infotainment systems
Magellan Navi does not need cars to have built-in GPS antenna, and updates map data in real-time
Automotive infotainment system supplier Clarion has selected US-based Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver supplier Magellan Navigation’s SmartGPS navigation system Navi for inclusion in Subaru vehicles featuring the Subaru Starlink infotainment system, according to a press release issued on 5 January.
