Ineos Styrolution enters agreement to sell Thai production site to Styrenix Performance Materials
The transaction is expected to close in early 2025
INEOS Styrolution has entered into definitive agreement to sell its acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and styrene acrylonitrile (SAN) production site in Map Ta Phut, Thailand to Styrenix Performance Materials Limited. The transaction is expected to close in early 2025. INEOS and Styrenix have preferred to not disclose the financial details of the acquisition.
